The Money Hive Limited £50,000

The ICO has fined the Money Hive Limited £50,000 for sending a total of 807,382 unsolicited mobile text messages between January 2020 and September 2020 in contravention of Regulation 22 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. A total of 1,360 complaints were received.
