UPDATE: 310321 - the Global Privacy Assembly Executive Committee published a joint statement on sharing health data for domestic and international travel requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic. The GPA Executive Committee laid out principles for governments and other organizations to consider as they process health data to ensure travellers know their data is protected. The principles include embedding privacy by design principles into the design of any system using health data and to only process health data when necessary.
Elsewhere, The Telegraph reports that IATA, the global airline industry body, announced its version of a digital travel pass would be launched on the App Store in April.
