Compliant filed with ICO over MailOnline cookie practices

Data protection specialist Jon Baines has submitted a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under Article 77 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Regulation 32 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) concerning the use of cookies and similar technology by Associated Newspapers Limited, or DMG Media as controller of the MailOnline website. The complaint highlights that the website fails to provide visitors with a reject all option.
