The latest annual Cyber Workforce Benchmark Report highlights the importance of providing technical teams and non-cyber business leaders with the necessary skills and experiences to handle cyber incidents effectively and deal with an evolving threat landscape. Despite rising cyber resilience levels, the report stresses the need for organisations to better prepare their workforces for post-incident response. The report also underscores the significance of providing business leaders with the confidence that their teams possess the right skills to address the latest threats.
