Review of online targeting by the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation

On 4th February the UK's Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation (CDEI) published its final report about its close to 18-months long review of online targeting. The review looked at maximising the benefits of new technologies, while also exploring how data is used to shape peoples' experiences online.
