Microsoft publishes 2022 Civility, Safety and Interaction Online report

According to the latest study from Microsoft, online civility has increased to its highest levels since 2016. The technology company released its Civility, Safety and Interaction Online 2022 survey and found the global Digital Civility Index score increased to 65%, the highest number since the survey was launched in 2016 and up 2% since 2020. The survey was conducted in 22 countries and polled adolescents and adults about their experiences with four risk categories: reputational, behavioural, sexual, and personal, and how their interactions shaped their opinions of online civility.
