British Airways suggests huge reduction in proposed GDPR fine

According to its Q2 financial results, IAG, the parent company of British Airways, is expecting the proposed GDPR fine from the ICO to be at least 90% lower than initially intended. It has set aside €22m to cover any impending financial penalty. Meanwhile, The Register reveals Marriott has also reportedly secured a reduction along with a further extension.
