​The Independent Human Rights Review & the Bill of Rights proposal

Following the launch of the government's consultation into human rights laws, Mishcon de Reya has announced that it will be submitting a detailed response. In the meantime, they have set out a summary of the key proposals outlined in the consultation and corresponding comments from the Independent Human Rights Act Review report, which broadly endorsed maintaining the status quo.
