Legal claim launched against Experian

A legal claim has been launched in the High Court against credit reference agency Experian that could result in 49.8 million adults in England and Wales receiving £750 compensation each if it is successful. This follows an ICO investigation resulting in an order for it to change its data practices. At the time, Pinsent Masons wrote an article on the ICO findings.
