Ada Lovelace Institute (ALI) legal researcher Valentina Palace also spoke about missed opportunities to redress the power imbalance between data subjects and data controllers. Meanwhile, Wales Trade Union Congress (TUC), Ceri Williams discussed the impact of reforms on workers' rights.
