Submission to ICO for consultation on Right of Access Guidance

In this submission, the ORG is largely supportive of the new Guidance, which it believes builds on the existing Subject Access Code of Practice. There are areas, however, where the Code of Practice and this proposed Guidance share a weakness, namely in their focus on “traditional” data controllers. The ORG goes onto outline changes to remedy these deficiencies in its report.
