CJEU to rule on employee consent and videoconferencing

The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) is set to rule on the processing of personal data for whether schoolteachers must be asked for their consent before giving their lessons by online videoconference. It's a decision that will impact all employment relationships in businesses all across the EU.
