The Centre for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL) has published a White Paper on organisational accountability in data protection enforcement. The White Paper, which builds on an earlier report from 2018, discusses how DPAs could incentivise uptake if by revealing "demonstrable organisational accountability measures as mitigating factors in enforcement," and therefore define the value of "implementing comprehensive privacy compliance programs and other accountability measures."
