CIPL white paper on data subject rights

The Centre for Information Policy Leadership has submitted a white paper for the EDPB future guidelines on data subject rights (DSRs). The paper examines how DSRs relating to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to processing should be applied in our data-driven and connected world in order to be effective.
