The report Personal Data and Competition May sets out to map the different attitudes and perspectives held by global competition regulators about the effect of personal data on competition. In particular, the report examines approaches taken by regulators to incorporate personal data parameters in their competitive assessments, along with what challenges this brings. The report also outlines advocacy opportunities that civil society organisations (CSOs) can take.
