Could the US implement its own Digital Services Act

The EU Digital Services Act (DSA) could serve as an example for similar regulations elsewhere, according to Reuters. "The DSA is a landmark legislation, and what you're going to see is it will also lead to similar legislation in the United States," Common Sense Media founder Jim Steyer said.
