DPC prepares draft decisions in first two big tech inquiries

The Data Protection Commission in Ireland is moving closer to concluding 2 of its 21 privacy investigations into technology companies, which have now entered the decision making phase. These relate to an investigation into a bug in Twitter’s Android app that turned some users protected tweets public, and an investigation into WhatsApp data-sharing practices with Facebook.
