Scottish Police use of Cyber Kiosks raised with UN in human rights report

Issues such as insufficient legal frameworks and oversight about the way Cyber-Kiosks are being used by the Scottish Police force have been raised with the United Nations, along with nearly 200 other human rights concerns, in the latest report from the Scottish Human Rights Commission.
