NHS facing legal challenge over Palantir data deal

Legal group Foxglove has announced it will bring a court case against the NHS that could force it to reconsider a contract with Palantir, which is now worth £23.5m. The lawsuit is based on the claim that the NHS failed to perform a fresh Data Protection Impact Assessment and therefore, did not consider the impact on patients and the public.
