Reports indicate Elon Musk has dispanded Twitter's entire Brussels office, raising questions about the company's ability to comply with EU laws. Office staff based in Brussels focused on EU digital policy. Given the office's strategic function, its closure is either another misstep or a deliberate snub. The Commission appears non-plussed, regardless. Following a visit by EU justice commissioner Didier Reynders to Twitter's Dublin office on Thursday, the EU cautioned that it could appoint itself to oversee the company's compliance with the EU Digital Services Act.
