Arron Banks loses Leave.EU data breach appeal

The owner and main financial backer of the Leave.EU campaign, along with the GoSkippy insurance brand, Arron Banks, has lost an appeal against £105,000 of fines issued by the ICO following the EU referendum. The ICO issued the fines two years ago after the insurance company sent email marketing promotions to Leave.EU subscribers.
