Jon Lewis, the chief executive of outsourcing firm Capita has announced that he will be stepping down from his position by the end of the year. Adolfo Hernandez, the current vice president of telecommunications at Amazon Web Services, will replace Lewis as CEO. The news comes after the company suffered a cyber-attack in March, which resulted in the potential loss of confidential data. Capita said Lewis was not stepping down as a direct result of the breach and had instead delayed his retirement in order to lead the company's response to the crisis.
