Richard Jones, director of DSAR.Ai, a company that provides subject access request software, says that this “is a very contentious area right now – it’s definitely an area of claims growth, without a doubt.” People are being told they could receive £1,000 for minor breaches and “up to £10,000 for very serious breaches”.
