Google CSAM tool blocks parents' account after sending medical photos

A parent in the US has had their Google account suspended after they photographed an infection of their child's groin to send to their health care provider. Google's artificial intelligence system for detecting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is used to track down and prevent sharing such images. Unfortunately, Google refuses to reinstate the man's account despite being cleared of wrongdoing.
