How the Children's Code changed Big Tech

Further to the announcements last week from Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snap and TikTok, The Guardian looks at how the ICO forced global changes in how technology providers interact with children. In two weeks, the UK will commence enforcement of the Age Appropriate Design Code, one of the most wide-ranging regulations controlling the use of children's data. While technology providers play down the impact of the UK's regulations, children are safe for them nonetheless.
