Judge permits Mail on Sunday to print smaller Meghan apology

Lord Justice Warby has said that the Mail on Sunday can publish a smaller front-page statement about the Duchess of Sussex’s copyright court win instead of the entire front page apology that Meghan had requested. Meghan wanted a statement similar in scale to the original front-page trailer about the letter, but the judge ruled in favour of the newspaper after seeing a mock-up page.
