Microsoft to introduce autonomous AI agents

Microsoft is set to introduce a new line of autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) agents that are designed to function as virtual employees capable of managing tasks like answering customer queries or identifying sales leads. The upcoming Copilot Studio product, which will be available next month, will provide users with the capability to create their own AI agents while also launching ten pre-built bots that can handle various roles, including supply chain management and customer service.
