NHS federated data platform project set to be awarded to Palantir

The government is all but set to award its federated data platform project to Palantir after Ministers disclosed in parliamentary answers that the project does not require a public consultation or additional patient consent before the five-year contract is tendered. Labour MP Clive Lewis said, "this looks like the contract has been set up to hand it to Palantir. There should be a proper debate about the use of this data so people can make an informed choice."+
