US lawsuits threaten to break up Facebook

In what will be the biggest US legal battle in years, Facebook faces the risk of being broken up as it regulators and 48 attorney generals take on the company over antitrust concerns.  If the lawsuit is successful Facebook will be forced to sell WhatsApp and Instagram.
