Microsoft's EU data move won't prevent NSA accessing data

Privacy activist Max Schrems has criticised plans by Microsoft to ensure data processing of EU cloud services within Europe, saying it won't matter. Microsoft announced the changes last week due to growing demand from European customers. The NSA and other US security services would be able to access data held in the EU by a US company via section 702 FISA Amendments Act of 2008
