Cameron used NHSX contacts to give Greensill access to employee data

David Cameron lobbied former Cabinet Office director of cybersecurity Matthew Gould, who now headed NHSX, in order for Greensill Capital's payday loan app Earnd to gain access to NHS employees personal data. In Cameron's own words: "Our ask is about electronic staff records, as Earnd will be much slicker if it can obtain access to employee data ... I think some help from you would go a long way."
