DfE publishes data breach guide for schools

The Department for Education has published a best practice data protection guide for schools. The guide includes information about managing personal data breaches, conducting investigations to identify whether a breach has occurred, the type of breach, how to limit further impacts, assessing the severity of the breach and reporting obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
