Extraction of information from electronic devices consultation

The Home Office has published a consultation into the development of a code of practice covering the extraction of information from electronic devices under sections 37(1) and 41(1) of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.

The consultation closes on 12 July 2022.
