The survey also highlighted increased awareness among users, with 85% acknowledging enhanced understanding of cybersecurity risks and 88% recognising actionable steps to reduce them. In addition, 76% of users have implemented further preventative measures beyond those outlined in Cyber Essentials. The scheme has also improved senior management's understanding of cyber risks, with 86% of respondents confirming its positive impact.
