In this section, we explain why we need to share information about you

Sharing your personal data

Freevacy Ltd offers a range of accredited and non-accredited training programmes. In order for delegates to access electronic course materials or to facilitate their chosen exams, Freevacy must share relevant personal information with select partners and professional accrediting bodies.

In most cases, we will only pass your information and contact details to our partners when we have received your explicit consent. With regard to the provision of course materials, we need to process your data to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. Part of this requires that we share your information with our partners. You can read more about what this entails below.

We are required to provide the BCS feedback from delegates regarding courses they have attended. Delegates receive a feedback form at the end of their course, which enables us to fulfil our obligation to the BCS, and also allows us to improve the quality of our training services.

We are grateful to all delegates that complete these forms, including giving your name to enable your comments to be used.

Booking your BCS examination

We share the delegates name and email address at their request when they inform us that they wish to sit a BCS exam. We only pass across these details once the delegate has confirmed the specific exam date and where applicable have completed their exam prep and mock exam successfully.

BCS exams are now online electronic exams administered via Questionmark. BCS forward your information to Questionmark, who will then contact the delegate to set up an account to take a remote proctored exam via Examity.

Questionmark is based in the US. For more information about how they process data, please view their privacy notice.

  • It enables us to monitor the success of our training
  • It helps us to improve the service we offer you
